Fisher Space Pens
The Fisher Space Pen is one of the great iconic pens of this century. It was designed by Paul Fisher in 1965 and after two years of testing NASA approved it for use by their astronauts. It was first used in space by astronauts on Apollo 7 in 1968.
Unlike ordinary ballpoint pens Fisher Space Pens have a pressurised refill which allows them to write upside down and at any angle as well as in extreme conditions -34 degrees C up to 121 degrees C. Not only can it write in outer space but it can even write over grease and under water.
