I think Sheafer has one. I believe Lamy and Rotring make inexpensive italic nibbed pens. Just write like you normally would and let the pen do the "work". If a B or BB M1000 or 149 is out of the budget for a "signature pen", I've read that a Sharpie is the most popular pen used for autographs which technically is a signature.
